I’ ve experienced terrible tummy cramps. I’ve taken 2 tsp in the morning and 2 in the evening. Is it suppose to work like that?
admin –
Did you buy the capsules or raw, we recommend 1/2 tsp daily gradually increase, Moringa contains vitamins, minerals so your body has been lacking for so long, the increased amount you have been taking, your body is getting a rush of everything, lower your dosage and gradually increase, moderation is key. Do not take after 5pm. As Moringa gives you energy.

The taste of this is not very good – how do you suggest is the best way to take this?

Please advise on how it should be used as well as how often then product should be used.

psoriasis on the scalp can be helped with shea butter, you can rub the shea butter in your hands then massage it into your head. you can use it once a day or every time before you wash your hair.

Hi, I went to donate blood today and had to list all the meds I’ve taken in the last three months.
I started with Nigella Sativa and the Joint Eeze today. Could you please let me know the ingredients of these products as the Blood Bank asked whether these meds are anti-inflammatories. They need to categorise the meds taken to ensure the ingredients don’t mess with the platletts.
admin (verified owner) –
Nigella Sativa is black cumin seed oil, it has amazing anti-inflammatory properties.
Joint Eeze is a formulation of MSM, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, it also has anti-inflammatory properties.

I suffered from H.pylori for 4 years which lead to basically a very weak gut and stomach lining. I suffer from lack of appetite in the mornings especially. Burning stomach with intense pain appears first prior to actual hunger pains/ appetite pains. Was wondering if this product would help? I am looking into lions mane mushrooms as well for the gastro intestinal tract healing
admin (verified owner) –
This product has been known to assist a variety of gastrointestinal problems, including the one that you’re dealing with.

Hi there. Will this assist with Overactive Thyroid?
admin (verified owner) –
Data shows a potent beneficial effect of powdered Nigella sativa in improving thyroid status
and anthropometric variables in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Moreover, Nigella sativa significantly reduced
serum VEGF concentrations in these patients. Considering observed health- promoting effect of this medicinal plant
in ameliorating the disease severity, it can be regarded as a useful therapeutic approach in management of
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.

Take a look at our CannaOil, we have many people who use it for their children who have ADHD. Some took their kids off other meds and some didn’t even want to try the other meds but all have reported great results. CannaOil is non-psychoactive (doesn’t make you high) so you won’t be drugging your child.
